All good things get better with time, and Jennifer Aniston is proof. The 47-year-old actress, producer, and savvy businesswoman can now add to her list of credentials most beautiful woman in the world, which she earned in People’s 2016 issue.

In the cover story, Jennifer reveals her secrets for staying motivated and in shape amidst her A-list lifestyle. She shared a snapshot of her regular fitness routine, which includes working out for an hour a day and snagging Sundays to rest up. Typically, Jennifer attends spin-yoga classes three days a week and spends the rest of her time doing a variety of weight training exercises at home. “I usually do a trifecta. Fifteen minutes on the bike, 15 on the treadmill running, and then 15 on the elliptical. You have to shake it up, you know, muscle confusion,” she told People.

Like all of us, there are days when Jennifer would rather relax than get up and hit the gym, but her motivation to stay active is hilariously relatable: “Think of a wonderful pasta or Mexican meal that you want to have on the weekend and dangle that in front of you like a little carrot.”

We’d be lying if we said we’ve never used a satisfying cheat meal or dessert as a reward for a workout. But her ultimate advice for staying in shape — “bite the bullet and just do it” — is a mantra we can all get behind.
